A new FIFA Club World Cup with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico and Sevilla

6 months from now  Raphael   Sport News

FIFA remains committed to revolutionising football and is planning a 'Super Club World Cup' by 2021.
This competition will end the Confederations Cup so Germany will be the last champion of that particular tournament.
There is still a lot of work to do, but many of the characteristics of the new tournament, that will seek to crown the best club on the planet every four years, have already been sorted.
Twenty four teams and the five continents will be represented.
Europe will have 12 clubs and the requirements to qualify will be the following:
The last four winners of the Champions League, the last four finalists and the other four with the best coefficient.
If the qualification was closed right now, there would be four Spanish teams represented:

EUROPE
Real Madrid
FC Barcelona
Atletico Madrid
Juventus
Bayern Munich
PSG
Sevilla
Manchester City
Borussia Dortmund
Benfica
Arsenal
Porto

The chosen date will be the summer of 2021, taking advantage of an empty summer without a European Championship or Copa America.
In theory, a new Copa America was expected to be disputed that June, but according to many media, FIFA will take advantage of the year 2020 to match the competition with the European Championship.
South America will be the second most represented continent with five clubs.
The scale for this Confederation is not yet clear, but, considering the UEFA teams, one would think that the last four Copa Libertadores champions and the team with the best Conmebol ranking would qualify directly.
That is, Boca Juniors would automatically enter having more points than anyone else.

SOUTH AMERICA
Atletico Nacional
River Plate
San Lorenzo
Atletico Mineiro
Boca Juniors

Both Africa, Asia and North America will have two representatives in this 'mega Club World Cup.'
There are also no details of the qualification requirements known at this stage, but if it were the last two champions of each continent, it would be the following:

AFRICA
Wydad Casablanca
Mamelodi Sundowns

ASIA
Urawa Red Diamonds
Jeobunk Hyundai Motors

NORTH AMERICA
Pachuca
America

All that would then remain would be to determine the twenty-fourth team to qualify.
It's still to be decided if Oceania will have a fixed position or if it will need to go through some kind of play-off with a club from another Confederation.
In any case, that club could be Auckland City.

OCEANIA
Auckland City

The tournament will be divided into eight groups with three teams, and the best in each group will go to the quarterfinals.
Two clubs that reach the final will have played a total of five games, so it is speculated that the competition could be played in just 20 days.
Being the year before the World Cup and, as has been done with the now defunct Confederations Cup, the headquarters would be the country in charge of organising the World Cup.
In this case, however, it would be impossible to hold the tournament in Qatar.
Some sources speak of China as the ideal destination to start.
