Arsenal launch their new kit for
next season in a two-minute video clip published on Arsenal’s verified Twitter
handle.
The players who modelled the kit
are Nigerian forward Alex Iwobi, Mesut Ozil, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hector
Bellerin and Alexandre Lacazette. In the video each of the five players who
were putting on the new kit and reflected on how they began their journey to become
footballers.
And on the new kit launch, a
statement on arsenal.com reads: “The shirt sports a unique “pulse” design
across the chest. The accompanying shorts are white with a red band along the
top and the socks are white with the black PUMA cat on the front and have a red
fold over top.
“The kit was created using a seamless evoKNIT that provides a lightweight ‘second skin’ feel, designed to move in harmony with the player’s movements.”
