Spain international and Arsenal defender, Nacho Monreal, is set to be sidelined for up to four games with a back injury.

The 32-year-old was forced off the field in the Carabao Cup final between the Gunners and Manchester City last Sunday and his coach, Arsene Wenger, revealed that he might miss between two and four of his team's upcoming games.

"He is out for the two games this weekend; Thursday and Sunday certainly," said the Frenchman at the press conference ahead of the match against the Citizens."He might be out for two more games; AC Milan and maybe one more [Watford]."

Arsenal are set to face Pep Guardiola's team once again on Thursday, before travelling to the south coast to play against newly-promoted Brighton.
