Bad news for Emery as 7 Arsenal players will not be available against Liverpool

1 month from now  Raphael   Sport News

Arsenal's final game of 2018 is a massive one as they face Premier League leaders Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday evening. The north London outfit go into the clash on the back of a 1-1 draw with Brighton and Hove Albion on Boxing Day, a result which saw them drop out of the top four and lose some ground on Chelsea.
On the same day Jurgen Klopp's side put four past Newcastle United at home to open up a six-point lead at the top of the table. Games between the two teams are often entertaining and full of goals, but Gunners head coach Unai Emery will be hoping to avoid a repeat of the 4-0 loss in the corresponding fixture last season. It was a 1-1 draw in the game at the Emirates Stadium earlier in the campaign and that was actually the last time the Merseyside giants dropped points in the league.
At this stage of the season, it's unlikely that any manager will have a fully fit squad. The Spaniard is no different. He has been rather unlucky in that he has had to deal with a number of injuries in recent weeks and there are still a few concerns ahead of the game in Merseyside. With that said, we have taken a look at the latest situation in the Gunners' treatment room with the game against the Reds fast approaching thanks to the good people at physioroom.com .
