Barcelona have shown strong interest in re-signing former player Eric Garcia who left the club three seasons ago to join Premier League side Manchester City.
Garcia's contract with the Cityzens will come to an end in 2022 and he has made 14 appearances under Pep Guardiola.
According to reports in ESPN, the Catalans are ready to bring back Eric Garcia in the summer after enquiring for the 19-year-old centre-back.
Garcia was one of the brightest talent to come out of La Masia but he failed to graduate into the first team before leaving Spain for England.
Barcelona centre back department currently include Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti, Clement Lenglet and recently sent Jean-Claire Todibo on loan to German Bundesliga side Schakle 04.
Umtiti has not been consistent for sometime now and has been struggling with injuries with Garcia seen as the future due to his age.
