February 14th, 2010 proved to be a point of no return for Atletico Madrid, as Barcelona have since avoided defeat at the Estadio Vicente Calderon in LaLiga and changed their fortunes against Diego Simeone's side.
That has come out to five wins and just one draw as the Blaugrana have time and again been able to deal with such a difficult away ground.
This is a streak that falls just one short of the Catalan club's best against the Colchoneros, which is seven straight league matches without a loss away to Atletico from 1965/66 to 1970/71.
Curiously enough, the first of those matches came at the old Estadio Metropolitano, with the Catalans hoping to continue their luck at Atleti's new stadium next season.
Having said that, most of Barcelona's victories have come by only one goal, so they know they'll have to earn all three points if history is to repeat itself.
