According to reports in Mundo Deportivo, La liga giants, Barcelona have ruled out entering the race to sign Saul Niguez from fellow Spanish side Atletico Madrid. The Spanish midfielder is in the spotlight of Premier League clubs especially Manchester United, but at the Catalans do not consider entering a bid war for him.
Report have it that Barcelona will not match any bid for Saul in the summer. The Blaugrana and Atlético de Madrid reached an agreement in October last year for the right of redemption on five red and white footballers, including Saul but the story have changed now that a lot of teams are interested in the midfielder.
Premier League giants, Manchester United and Manchester City are both interested in bringing Saul to England even with the fact that the Rojiblancos are yet to give a convincing response with the midfielder's release clause standing at 150 million euros.
But Barca have ruled out any movement for the Spain international this year whatever the price maybe.
