Baroka FC will aim to keep on loan Orlando Pirates midfielder Marshall Munetsi if they avoid relegation this season

KickOff.com has established that Baroka FC are keen to retain Zimbabwean midfielder Marshall Munesti if they survive relegation. Munetsi – who is on a season long loan deal from Orlando Pirates – has been a stand-out performer for Baroka this season in central midfield. Such has been the 22-year-old’s importance for Bakgaga that he has not been involved in only three of the club’s games. “The boy has been tremendous for the team playing in midfield and the club is definitely keen to see him staying on and playing more often than he will do if he goes back to Pirates,” says a source.

Kickoff has also established that the club will be offloading the duo of Helder Pelembe and Siphamandla Sangweni at the end of the season. The two players have made no impact for the strugglers since they were signed towards the end of last year. Pelembe has made just a single appearance off the bench while Sangweni has only been used twice.
