After admitting that he would have left the Stamford Bridge if Antonio Conte had stayed, Chelsea are ready to break their contract renewal policy in order to ward off interest from other clubs for Willian.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to hand the winger a new two-year deal which is against their extension policy for a 30-year old players at the club.

The London Club only offer players from the age of 30 years and above an extension of one-year which now shows Willian case is an exception.
