Courtois sees himself at Real Madrid next season

3 weeks from now  Raphael   Sport News

Former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is on course for a permanent move to Real Madrid.
Having been tracked by Los Blancos ever since his successful loan spell at city neighbours Atleti, Courtois has been the source of constant speculation during the close season over a potential switch.
The Belgian international has made clear his desire to return to LaLiga and is said to have already notified friends and Chelsea teammates of his impending summer switch to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
With Keylor Navas the current custodian of the goalkeeping jersey, the towering Belgian knows that the opportunity is there to establish himself as long-term number one in the Spanish capital.
The Costa Rican is still trusted by Real's technical staff, although there is a feeling that another keeper is needed after a couple of failed moves for David De Gea of Manchester United.
As reported by Onda Cero, Real Madrid chiefs and Courtois have already spoken and are close to closing a deal to take the 24-year-old back to Spain.
MARCA sources suggest that he will return to Madrid, where he enjoyed a happy loan spell with Atletico and met his current partner.
Courtois has never hidden his preference to return to the city from his Chelsea teammates, but in the dressing room, moves have been made to convince him to remain at Stamford Bridge.
Matters have been complicated slightly by Blues owner Roman Abramovich's stance on Courtois - who he holds in high regard - and the Premier league club's recent resurgence on the pitch this season.
However, all being well, it seems as though the Belgian is close to certain to be in Real Madrid colours at the start of the 2017/18 campaign.
