Wayne Rooney scored his 200th Premier League goal on Monday night to upset Manchester City fans at the Etihad Stadium, with a few familiar faces in the crowd.
Following Everton's 1-1 draw, the English forward posted an image of the angry fans behind the goal as he celebrated, many of whom appear in a similar image from four years ago.
As fans have noted on Twitter, it seems that Rooney is destined to annoy the same set of people whether he's wearing the red of Manchester United or the blue of Everton.
