Guardiola on 'Brexit': What I admire most about England is that they got to vote

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was asked about a wide range of topics ahead of his side's Premier League clash against Arsenal, with Brexit high on the agenda after recent events with Article 50.
The former Barcelona coach is known for his views on Catalonia, but also talked on the topic of Arsene Wenger, who has come into a lot of criticism recently.
"The thing that I admire most about England is that, congratulations, you have all been able to vote," Guardiola explained at a pre-match press conference.
"Arsenal are a top team, they have a lot of quality. When a team loses a lot of games they become more dangerous. The Emirates is like Anfield, a stadium that Manchester City haven't won at for a long time. I came here with Bayern Munich and Barcelona and it has always been difficult."
Alexis Sanchez's future has been of interest in the media lately, with Guardiola focusing on the Chilean and his own South American Sergio Aguero.
"Aguero is more of a pure striker than Alexis. Alexis can play there, but he can also play more roles that Aguero, out on either wing. Both are very competitive and dangerous. Football is like this, when a team plays well, the good players receive criticism," he continued.
Guardiola's opposite number, Wenger, also received some backing from the ex-Barcelona boss.
"When Arsenal get back to winning ways, the fans will be happy again. I promise you this, 100%. I am sure that the fans respect what Wenger has done a lot," he said.
"I am not here to play, but to do what we have to do. Coaches are judged by their results, nothing more. [Mikel] Arteta spent a lot of time with him and has only good words to say about Wenger.
"He helped me a lot to get to know the players individually. I know Wenger, his philosophy, what we are going to be met with. If Wenger has spent so much time here, it is because he is a good coach."
