Chelsea triumph against Newcastle was their first win at the St Jame’s park for the past seven years.

The Belgian put the London club scoring from the spot to take his EPL tally to 70 one ahead of Hasselbaink.

Hazard still have a long bridge to cross because ditting ahead of him is Didier Drogba, who scored 104 Premier League goals in 254 matches across two spells at Stamford Bridge.

The top spot is occupied by the one and only England international Frank Lampard the midfield hero scored a stunning 147 Premier League goals for Chelsea in 429 league matches.

He is the club's all-time record scorer in all competitions and through history - with 211 goals for the Blues. Lampard, who scored 177 total Premier League goals, ranks fourth since the competition was created in 1992.
