The Colombia international will stay at the Santiago Bernabeu for the rest of the season according to his representative, despite speculation to the contrary James Rodriguez will not leave Real Madrid in the January transfer window, according to the Colombia international’s agent Jorge Mendes. The 25-year-old had been expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu after being reduced to a bit-part role and admitting he had offers from other teams.
James has subsequently been linked with a whole host of clubs including Juventus who have hinted they could move for the playmaker. However, Mendes has now seemingly ruled out a January exit from the Bernabeu telling AS: “James will not be leaving Madrid in January.”
