Significantly, while there's been claims of Dybala having agreed a new deal since the New Year, the contract has remained unsigned.
And Juve are now willing to discuss terms with Real.
The Bianconeri are demanding a swap deal, which would see Isco and Mateo Kovacic move to Turin in exchange for Dybala.
The sticking point is Isco, who is reluctant to be part of the transfer.
