Goals from Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi saw Juventus see off Atalanta on Wednesday evening, a result which moves them four points clear of Serie A title challengers Napoli.

Already the team from Turin had a one-point advantage, as well as a game in hand, but this result moves them onto 74 points.

It took until the 29th minute for Juve to inch in front, which they did when Higuain slotted into the bottom corner when clean through on goal.

It was the Argentine who made the second goal too, setting up Matuidi in the 81st minute, just a couple of ticks of the clock after Gianluca Mancini had been dismissed for a second yellow card.

By that point, it was clear that the points were staying in Turin.
