Bloemfontein Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco backs the team to rebound today from a loss to champions Mamelodi Sundowns against Golden Arrows in Durban. Kick-off is at 15h30 at Princess Magogo Stadium, with Celtic smarting from a 1-0 home defeat to Sundowns in midweek. Konco told his club's website: "Arrows have shown brilliant improvement since former Celtic coach, Clinton Larsen took over but our advantage is that both our current interim coaches understand his philosophy as they have worked with him. It won’t be easy but history has proven that Durban is our second home when coming to results achieved." He added: "Even though we lost against Sundowns our players have shown some glimpse of charisma and fighting spirit that can only improve moving towards this game. Our technical team has been working on sharpening our swords to make sure we convert chances created through our flexible style of play. We are fully behind the team and confidently looking forward to positive results." Phunya Sele Sele are 13th on the table with 15 points from as many matches - two points above the relegation zone. Abafana Bes'thende are eighth with 20 points from 16 fixtures, having lost 5-2 at leaders SuperSport United on their return to league action on Wednesday. SOURCE: kickoff.com
