Kolo Toure was all joyous in the post-game celebrations as Celtic clinched the Scottish League title. Celtic won the league with a 5-0 victory against Hearts at the Tynecastle Stadium. The league title was the sixth consecutive one the Hoops had won giving head coach Brendan Rodgers his second major title after winning the league cup with Celtic as well. But it would eight majors winner Kolo Toure that would grab the attention during the post-game celebrations.

The former Ivorian international was serenaded by his team mates with chants from his time at Man City. Kolo Toure, 36, would join the action offering back-breaking moves to complement the celebrations.
