Mamelodi Sundowns veteran Teko Modise says teammate Percy Tau is going from strength to strength. Modise, who has 66 international caps, was delighted to see Tau score in his third Bafana Bafana outing in the 3-1 win over Guinea-Bissau at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday. The 22-year-old has been a revelation for the Brazilians this season, scoring nine goals and providing 12 assists in all competitions for the continental champions. Modise told his official website: “Look he has done well. He is growing training by training and game by game. Now we see him in national colours and he scores a goal, amazing. Well done to him and all the young guys in the squad. Forca Bafana [Up with Bafana]!"

'The Navigator' was also happy for Sundowns trio Tebogo Langerman, Themba Zwane and Hlompho Kekana, who earned the second Bafana penalty converted by Andile Jali in Durban. “The game was a great one. The team went out there and got a win. Praise must be given to the lads but most importantly I am proud of my teammates who are part of the team. I think that they are displaying the same effort as they do in the team.” Bafana will host Angola in another friendly in East London tomorrow (19h00), while Absa Premiership champions Downs next face title rivals Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium on Saturday (20h15).
