According to reports, Premier League giants Manchester United are ready to release Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and Demetri Mitchell in the summer. Borthwick-Jackson signed a four years deal with the Red Devils in 2016 and has been loaned out to Wolves, Leeds United, Scunthorpe United, and Tranmere Rovers which wasn't a successful one.
The 23-year-old season-long with League one side Tranmere Rovers was cut short January and was later loaned out to League Two side Oldham Athletic until the end of the season. The Red Devils are ready to let left fullback leave despite having an option of an additional year in his contract, same thing they did with former captain Antonio Valencia and academy graduate James Wilson last year.
Mitchell unlike Borthwick-Jackson has only featured for United once and he only has two months left on his contract,. He has been loaned out on two occasions with Scottish side Hearts in 2018 but was rocked with a knee injury.
Borthwick-Jackson and Mitchell were both United academy graduate just like Bradon Williams, Marcus Rashford, Scott McTominay and Jesse Lingard.
