Morgan Schneiderlin is expected to complete his move to Everton on Wednesday. The midfielder is currently on Merseyside undergoing a medical after Manchester United accepted a £22million offer from the Toffees for the Frenchman. Schneiderlin is also wanted by West Brom but has his heart set on a reunion with Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park. The 27-year-old starred under Koeman when the Dutchman was in charge of Southampton.
Schneiderlin was rated as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League during his time at St Mary's, earning him a £24m move to United in the summer of 2015. But he has struggled to recapture his best form at Old Trafford and has not started a single league game since Jose Mourinho's arrival as manager. Now he will look to get his career back on track with Everton under Koeman. Schneiderlin will become the second signing made by the Toffees this month, following the £11m deal for England youth international Ademola Lookman.
