Super Eagles winger, Simon Moses could be joining Premier League side, Liverpool next season after the Reds showed interest in signing him. Moses narrowly missed out of the final 23-man players that would represent Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup in Russia due to injury.
However, the 22 years old could take solace from the fact that the Reds' shortlisted him for a potential summer switch as Jurgen Klopp remains keen on bolstering his forward line.
According to the report,Moses Simon has been scouted by Liverpool who see him as a potential back-up to Mohamed Salah. Simon is capable of playing on either flank but played on the left wing in most of the last season, where he contributed six goals and three assists in helping Gent finish in fourth in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.
He has a year left on his contract with Belgian side Gent and is expected to command a fee of around £10million, with other Premier League clubs interested, report the Liverpool Echo
He has been capped 20 times by Nigeria with four goals to his name.
