New Bloemfontein Celtic coach Luc Eymael has confirmed to KickOff.com that he has received his work permit. The Belgian coach resigned from Polokwane City last week, joining Siwelele only days later, although he had been unable to officially start his new gig after waiting on the necessary paperwork. However, Eymael has now confirmed to this website that he has received his permit and is ready to lead Phunya Sele Sele in the remainder of their campaign.
"My work permit is okay now. I got it yesterday, yes," Eymael tells KickOff.com. Eymael has been tasked with reviving Celtic's Absa Premiership campaign, where they currently find themselves just one point clear of the relegation zone after managing only four wins from 19 league games this season. Siwelele did, however, manage a boost after progressing to the second round of the Nedbank Cup following their last-32 victory over Buya Msuthu at the weekend.
