While there are no feelings of animosity between Gonzalo Higuain and Real Madrid, the Juventus striker's brother expects the Argentine to celebrate if he scores in the Champions League final.
It was Los Merengues who took a punt on Higuain while he was a youngster at River Plate and, despite scoring over 100 goals for Real, a victory on Saturday night would deliver his first Champions League winner's medal.
"It would not be disrespectful for Gonzalo to celebrate a goal against Madrid," Nicolas Higuain told Radio MARCA ahead of the final."There is no vendetta, he spent seven fantastic years in Madrid."
Nicolas Higuain explained that the constant uncertainty over game time ultimately led to his sibling heading off to try his luck as the main man at Napoli.
"Every weekend there had to be a debate over Real playing my brother or [Karim] Benzema," he noted.
"It was not fair."
