There is a bit of good news for Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen after being voted Lille OSC player of the season by fans.
According to reports in Complete Sports, the Nigeria striker was voted Player of the Season by French Ligue 1 club Lille after having a stunning season for the French Ligue 1 side.
Osimhen was recently named in French Ligue 1 team of the season after a good first season in France. He tallied an amazing stats of 18 goals and six assists in 31 appearances across all competitions for the Great Danes.
The season in France was cut short due to COVID-19 outbreak but the Nigerian international made his mark with the French side before the season was cancelled.
Osimhen has been linked with a move away from Lille in the summer with a number of European clubs showing strong interest in the Nigerian forward.
