With the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain shook the transfer market last summer, but they've not finished their big spending and are already plotting a move to sign N'Golo Kante from Chelsea.
The French club's chief executive Nasser Al-Khelaifi would ideally like to sign the French international in the winter window, but would otherwise try again in the summer of 2018.
The Ligue 1 club would reportedly offer around 100 million euros for Kante, who is viewed as a replacement for Thiago Motta.
