Brazilian midfielder Paulinho has left Barcelona after one year to rejoin Guangzhou Evergrande in a deal that is reportedly worth in the region of 50 million euros.
The Chinese Super League team announced the deal on Sunday afternoon, but they keep the deals’ figure undisclosed.
Paulinho debut La liga season saw him score nine goals in 30 appearances thus, making him one of the highest goal scorer for the Blaugrana.
The 29-year old was left unhappy after failing to break into the starting line-up and he has been sacrificed to free up a non-EU squad space for the incoming Arthur from Gremio.
