Real Madrid centre-back Pepe will move to Hebei China Fortune next season.
The centre-back's contract at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu expires in the summer and he will not sign a new deal to remain in the Spanish capital.
As El Partidazo de COPE reported on Monday, the Portugal international will join Manuel Pellegrini's Hebei China Fortuna in a deal worth 15 million euros per season.
MARCA did reveal on December 26 last year that Pepe was seriously considering a move to China and was of the mindset then that he would likely follow through with it.
The defender has struggled with injury for much of this season and doesn't want to risk being sidelined with the World Cup in Russia on the horizon.
Real Madrid will remain well stocked at central defence even without Pepe as Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane and Nacho are all on the books, while Jesus Vallejo will make up part of the first-team squad when he returns in the summer from his loan spell with Eintracht Frankfurt.
