As was the case in the first-leg on Wednesday, the referee has once again been a key talking point with Viktor Kassai making two errors with regards to Arturo Vidal.

The Chilean midfielder was dismissed just five minutes from the full-time whistle for a tackle on Lucas Vazquez although replays would show he clearly took the ball.

Radio MARCA's officiating expert Andujar Oliver made clear that the decision was a mistake.

"The action in which the Chilean saw the second yellow card wasn't deserving of a punishment, he played the ball and the Hungarian referee was clearly wrong," he explained.

With that being said it wasn't the first officiating mistake of the match as Oliver made clear.

"However in the 48th minute Vidal blocked Casemiro without coming close to playing the ball and that is the moment he should have been sent off," Oliver noted.
