La Liga giants, Real Madrid are weighing up a deal for Nigerian forward, Samuel Chukwueze.
According to Don Balon, the Los Blancos want to add Chukwueze to their rank in a bid to bolster their attack line at the end of the season. The Spanish newspaper reports that Real Madrid president, Florentino Pérez is keeping close tabs on the Villarreal star ahead of a potential bid next year.
Chukwueze has also drawn interest from Premier League and Bundesliga clubs in recent weeks. The 20-year-old has a release clause of 63 million euros into his latest contract with Villarreal. His current deal with the Yellow Submarine will expire in 2023.
The winger recently missed out on this year's Golden Boy award to Atletico Madrid and Portugal youngster, Joao Felix. Chukwueze scored 10 goals and registered three assists in 40 appearances for Villarreal in his first season for the La Liga side.
