After being criticised by loads of pundits and football fans all around the world for falling to the ground dramatically, Neymar has got the backing of one of the respected figure in the football world who happens to be his fellow countryman Ronaldo Nazario.

Media pundits such as English Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer took a swipe at the player for his exaggerated reactions and the Phenomenon hit back.

"There are many opinions in football and I am against those [about Neymar]," he said. "Neymar uses his mobility very intelligently and it would be necessary to protect him, because he has great talent.
