Recent rumours have been linking Umtiti away from Camp Nou after talks about his contract renewal have not come out positive.
While Barcelona are going smoothly on the pitch, the main concern is now over the future of Umtiti, whose adaption and strong performances have captured the attention of rivals around Europe.
After a shaky start he is now a solid partner for Gerard Pique at centre half and has a relatively low buy-out clause of 60 million euros.
"The clause is not very high as everyone knows and it is not something that worries me or interests me," said Umtiti.
"I am concentrated on the pitch which is what I enjoy, we will see what happens with the rest."
He admitted that Barcelona do want to negotiate a new deal for him.
"It is a topic I don't want to go into, nothing has started from my side, maybe there is interest from their side but for the moment nothing has started," he explained.
"It is true that there is interest from other clubs but I have targets to achieve with Barcelona which are still there. In this world everything goes very quickly and I can say that I am very proud."
He was asked about the possibility of his fellow Countryman Antoine Griezmann joining Barcelona he added: "I spoke to him but only to ask him what he thought of my club and I think that like everyone he likes it. Players over his level can dream and if he does come then we would have to play with six strikers."
