- According to The Times, Chelsea are very interested in signing Fernando Llorente as their backup striker for the current season. He was close to leaving Swansea for the Blues last winter and it could finally become reality.
- Chelsea are convinced that they'll sign Alex Sandro. Although they are aware it will be difficult, the club directors aren't giving up and expect to sign the full-back soon.
- Fiorentina's sporting chief Pantaleo Corvino has admitted that Borja Valero wants to leave the club and has stated he'd prefer to join Inter.
- Kelechi Iheanacho is closing in on a move away from Manchester City. ESPN report that he could sign for Leicester in the coming hours for around 28 million euros.
