In what was almost one of the shock results of this LaLiga season, Osasuna lost to Sevilla by the odd goal in seven, 4-3 to the visitors the final score.
The team struggling at the bottom looked the better side for long periods of the first half and it was little surprise when Sergio Leon put them ahead on the quarter hour.
A half-time lead would've been just the ticket but a lack of concentration from the hosts saw Vicente Iborra equalise for Jorge Sampaoli's side just before the break.
Within two second-half minutes Iborra turned from villain to hero as his own goal put Osasuna back in command before his second scored at the right end levelled things up again.
A characteristically haphazard performance from a Sampaoli team, and one which could well dictate how far they can go in this season's title race, looked to have seen them drop two vital points.
That was until the 80th-minute intervention of Franco Vazquez and Pablo Sarabia's last-minute fourth.
Even then, there was still time for Osasuna's Kenan Kodro to add a third and make the final moments uncomfortable for Sevilla.
