Cristiano Ronaldo may have already scooped up FIFA's 'The Best' award back in October, but the other most prestigious prize for the men's player of the year is still to be given out and it has now been revealed that the 2017 Ballon d'Or will be presented to the winner on December 7 at a ceremony at the Eiffel Tower, which will get underway at 19:45 local time.
The award and the event will be organised by France Football, while L'Equipe will broadcast the gala, with David Ginola presenting.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the favourite to win the prize, which would be his fifth Ballon d'Or.
