This summer’s transfer window is boiling already and top teams have already draft out the players they are looking for. Both the Premier League and Serie A have agreed to close the window the middle of August so that the teams can't sign anyone once the competition has started.
The top teams in the top five European league are ready to break the bank for their preferred player in the summer.
