Latest report from England have it that several English Premier League clubs are monitoring the situation of Nigerian wonderkid Malcolm Ebiowei. Arsenal have parted company with the attacking midfielder in a shock move by the Emirates Stadium outfit. It is confirmed that the Gunners decided not to offer Ebiowei a scholarship because of issues they have had with him regarding work ethic and attitude also.
Manchester United have shown the most serious interest in the highly-rated teenager and it is believed that the Old Trafford outfit have sent one of their senior  scouts to make contact with the player's dad who accompanied him to Abuja following his invitation to the Nigeria U17s pre-World Cup training camp.
Manchester City and Everton are also in the race for his signature but are presently lagging behind Manchester United.  However, Malcolm's parents want him to move to a foreign club, to a team where there's a pathway to the first team. The 2003-born player made his competitive debut for Arsenal U18s against Southampton in August 2019, just over a year after he was an unused substitute against Chelsea in the U18 Premier League.
