UCL: Barcelona star misses Slavia Prague clash due to injury

5 months from now  Raphael   Sport News

Samuel Umtiti displayed his quality at the weekend in Barcelona's 3-0 win away at Eibar, but injuries have plagued the Frenchman since his debut campaign at the Camp Nou, with some discomfort causing him to miss the trip to face Slavia Prague in the Champions League.
Barcelona report that Umtiti has been left out of the squad that will travel to Prague after feeling discomfort in his left knee, which is where the majority of his injuries have come.
The Blaugrana did not offer a diagnosis beyond stating the defender suffered a blow to his knee during training and that "his evolution will determine his availability."
So far this season, Umtiti has managed to play just one game for Barcelona. Elsewhere in the squad, Sergi Roberto is also out after straining the internal lateral ligaments in his left knee.
Barcelona's squad to face Slavia Prague:
Goalkeepers: Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Neto, Inaki Pena.
Defenders: Nelson Semedo, Gerard Pique, Jean-Clair Todibo, Clement Lenglet, Moussa Wague, Jordi Alba, Junior Firpo.
Midfielders: Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Arthur Melo, Frenkie de Jong, Arturo Vidal.
Forwards: Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Ousmane Dembele, Antoine Griezmann, Ansu Fati.
