Vinicius Jr: I'm very happy but not thinking about Real Madrid for now

2 weeks from now  Raphael   Sport News

New Real Madrid signing Vinicius Jr has claimed that he isn't thinking about his future employers whatsoever for the time being.
The transfer saga to take him to the Spanish capital was completed this week, although he will remain with Flamengo until 2019.
For the time being, the 16-year-old is focused only on improving in Brazil ahead of his eventual move to Madrid.
"My agents, my parents and Flamengo were the ones who sorted everything out; I'm not thinking about money, just playing and giving joy to the fans here," he told Fox Sports Brasil after a Copa win over Atletico Goianiense.

"I'm very happy with the negotiations and the move but my head isn't in Madrid, I'm not thinking about it. I'm only focused on Flamengo.
"I now have to take it step by step and conquer titles with this club. Only after all of that will I think about Real Madrid."
Flamengo coach Ze Ricardo has also been forced to defend his use of the player, who has appeared just twice for the first-team, coming off the bench for the final 10 minutes on both occasions.
"We have him in the squad but there are also other players in his position who are very capable," he said. "We must take care of him and that's what we're going to do because he has already shown his quality.
"Being on the bench is part of his maturity process and he will soon adapt."
