At the end of another busy day of transfer market action, these have been Tuesday's highlights:
- According to The Mirror, Arsene Wenger has spoken to Hector Bellerin to tell him he cannot leave Arsenal for Barcelona.
- Sky Sports News HQ have reported that Alexandre Lacazette has been undergoing a medical with Arsenal, the final step before sealing a move from Lyon worth 60 million euros.
- Roma and Chelsea have reached a deal for Antonio Rudiger. The Mirror say that the player is already in London for his medical and that it'll be made official tomorrow.
- Bartomeu isn't having any success in meeting with PSG. He has taken charge of the pursuit of Verratti, but cannot convince the French club to start negotiations. Further info on that here.
