Chelsea star Christian Pulisic has joined Italian Serie A giants AC Milan for an undisclosed fee. The USMNT forward will join former teammates Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek at the San Siro.
Chelsea released an official statement on their website to confirm the departure of Christian Pulisic to AC Milan.
“Christian Pulisic has left Chelsea after four years and completed a permanent transfer to AC Milan,” the club confirmed.
“The 24-year-old arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2019 having agreed to join the Blues from Borussia Dortmund earlier in the year. He made an early impact with an assist in the UEFA Super Cup against Liverpool before announcing himself on the Premier League stage against Burnley.
“Pulisic scored a hat-trick at Turf Moor, becoming only the second American to achieve that feat in the English top flight. He also netted in the FA Cup final against Arsenal and finished the season with 11 goals in all competitions. During his time at Chelsea, Pulisic played 145 games and scored 26 goals. He leaves with three winners’ medals.
“We wish Christian well and thank him for all his contributions during his time at the club.”
