Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker, Michael Owen has dropped predictions for tonight’s UEFA Champions League second round ties.
Owen, who is known for dropping predictions for top-notch ties in the Premier League has done the same again for the Champions League.
Premier League side, Manchester City will face Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach with Owen going in-favour of the Cityzens as he predicted a 2-0 away win.
City are currently the best team in the English Premier League this season, and Owen is predicting that Pep Guardiola side will replicate that form in Europe against the German Bundesliga side.
In the second game, Owen has gone for a win for his former team Real Madrid against the Italian Serie A side Atalanta despite the injury issues Los Blancos are facing into the game.
The Ballon d’Or winner went for a 2-1 away win for his former team tonight.
