Barcelona forward Ferran Jutglà has finally left the Camp Nou to join Belgian side Club Brugge. The Spanish forward will join the Belgian side in a deal worth 5 million euro.
Jutgla had a great time playing for the first team in the just concluded season and scored some goals too. He will continue is football career in Belgium as the Catalans are currently seeking funds from sales of players.
Jutglà joined Barcelona in summer 2021 from the a fellow Catalan club Espanyol, after spending time at teams such as l’Unificación Bellvitge and Sant Andreu. He played 41 times in Barça colours – 32 for Barça B and nine for the first team. He also played in a Maradona Cup friendly match in Saudi Arabia.
Barcelona released an official statement on their website to confirm the departure of Ferran Jutgla to Club Brugge.
“FC Barcelona and Club Brugge have agreed on a 5 million euro transfer for Ferran Jutglà. The Club has included a 10% sell-on clause for any future sale by the Belgian club,” the club confirmed.
“The Club is very grateful to Ferran Jutglà for his commitment and dedication, and wish him all the best and many successes in the future.”
