Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your StakeGains account and the data linked to it.
Delete from the app
- Open the StakeGains app and log in.
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, enter your password and confirm.

What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, country and password.
- Your subscription records and VIP plan history.
- Your saved VIP prediction batches.
- All logged-in sessions on the app.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Any active VIP subscription is cancelled and is not refunded. Payment records held by our payment providers (Paystack, Stripe, PayPal) are kept by them as required by law.
Can't remember your password? Reset it
first, or email info@stakegains.com
from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
