Italian giants AC Milan have had them one year ban from European competition football overturned.
The Rossaneri were due to missing out on UEFA Europa League participation next season after being punished by UEFA from breaching Financial Fair Play requirement to break even after spending £200m on transfers.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has partially upheld the club’s appeal on Friday and also issues a statement to UEFA to come up with more "proportionate disciplinary measure".
AC Milan’s delegation headed by the CEO Marco Fassone, took their case to the CAS on Thursday even though the news is yet to be made official they’ve partially achieved their aim.
